ET SARRAFI EXCLUSIVE
Et Sarrafı Exclusive is a contemporary meat restaurant in Sasalı, İzmir, bringing together quality cuts of meat, traditional Turkish flavors, and a refined dining atmosphere. The restaurant is known for its carefully prepared meat dishes, meze selection, and warm, welcoming setting.
Working alongside Çindibek Architecture, DAPS contributed to the project through the design, production, and installation of custom elements throughout the restaurant.

Our work included the design and production of bespoke applications using a combination of metal, wood, acrylic, and painted finishes. Each element was developed to work seamlessly within the architectural language of the restaurant, balancing functionality, durability, and visual character.
From branded details to architectural features and signage applications, we focused on precise detailing and high-quality finishes throughout the space. The materials, proportions, and finishes were carefully coordinated with the overall interior to create a cohesive environment that reflects the distinctive identity of Et Sarrafı Exclusive while enhancing the atmosphere and guest experience.
